RnD Fabrications is run out of a fully-equipped workshop in Bayswater North, Victoria, offering fibre laser cutting, sheet metal folding, MIG & TIG welding and spray finishing under one roof. We work directly with customers — from a rough sketch or a broken part through to a finished piece — and specialise in custom traction battery trays alongside general fabrication for industrial, commercial and automotive customers across Victoria. Every job is handled by the same small team from start to finish, so you're always talking to someone who knows your project.

File Formats
DXF works best for laser cutting jobs. No file? A clear photo, sketch or physical sample to copy is fine too.
Job Size
From a single custom piece to a repeat production run — no job is too small, and we scale up for volume work.

How long does a job take?
It depends on the size of the job, material availability and current workload. Send through your specs and we'll give you a clear timeframe.
Do you do one-off jobs?
Yes — we take on everything from a single custom piece to ongoing production runs.
Do I need a design file?
It helps, but it's not essential. A DXF is ideal for laser cutting; otherwise a sketch, photo or sample part works too.
Do you deliver or is it pickup only?
Get in touch about pickup, delivery or freight options — happy to work out what suits your job.
What areas do you service?
We're based in Bayswater North and work with customers across Victoria and beyond.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — we're just as happy with a one-off repair as a full production run.
